Executive District Officer Local Taxes Jamil Ahmed has appealed to citizens to pay the parking fee of Rs.10/- for Car and Rs.5/- Motorcycle at the designated places and never pay excess amount for vehicle parking.
Chairing a departmental meeting he also directed officers to stop illegal charged parking and overcharging from the citizens. He also directed to boost up the recoveries and achieved the target well in time, adding that he will personally check and monitor the parking sites without prior intimation.

I am quite sure they will learn lots of new stuff here than anybody else!
what about Beaumont road (behind PIDC) where these people charge 40rs because its a no parking area :s .. there's no solution to it because if these people are not there then there's no place for these 1000s of car that are handed over to them for Rs40
in most places they charges Rs 20 for a bike ..strange
